Ordered a toast sandwich. Packing and quality of food were good. But toast sandwich didn’t have any potato filling in it. It was just plain veggies - cucumber, potato and tomato slices (no onions!) with toasted bread slices.

Its the worst restaurant in all of khar. Never ever order from nityam. They fool their customers for home delivery and their delivery service is the slowest. I had order pav bhaji for my office colleagues for lunch and upon asking for how much time will they take to deliver they told us 1/2 hr and when it went above 30 mins we called again to ask about our order whereabouts and the delivery person said he will reach in 5 mins. The order did not arrive for another 15 mins and we called again and the guy says the order is not ready yet. They delivered the order after 1hr 20mins. First they lie to you and then we said we wont give a single penny because of this pathetic service. They tell you we will file a complaint against you for this so better give our parcel back. The Pav Bhaji did not look and taste like pav bhaji. It was straight up potato gravy made with white vatana you have as ragda in pani puri. This is the service you get from this disgusting and extremely unhygenic restaurant. I would suggest everyone not to order or even go to this restaurant to eat because they think they give the best service in whole of khar. JUST DON’T GO!! Instead there is Shiv Sagar right beside them which is a trillion times better than Nityam! Dont Go! Save your money from this restaurant!!
