The ambience was amazing, the food was very good, the services could be a bit faster, the prices are a bit higher than expected, it has a family crowd. Food : 5 Ambience : 4.5 Cost for two : 700-800 approx.

This used to be a great place to have pav bhaji etc.. earlier before the renovations. Last night we had the worst experience ever , the prices are unreal Rs.170 for a plate of Masala Paav !!! And that too the it was luke warm and the masala barely covered the paav. We cancelled the rest of the order as this took 30 minutes to arrive. Pathetic slow service , 1 waiter for the entire AC section to take orders and serve, No manager and the cashier was least bothered after we complained.

The Dosa was so oily. The masala pav was so grainy, oily and had colour in it. There is no sign to point towards the restaurant and we initially got confused by the hotel look of it, thinking this is now a stay place only. The waiters are polite enough but lack the skill to serve a big seating place and a family restaurant type hotel - they serve very slowly. they wipe their face sweat with their hands and then use the same hands to serve plates to table. since there is no cutlery on the table (I was annoyed at this), they use those hands on the top part of spoon and forks and bring it to us. Definitely need to update the table side training of all staff and upgrade the food preparation recipes and plating of cooking team. Idk the old menu but the new menu is of a family restaurant and they don't serve or plate as seriously as a good family restaurant would. The kitchen staff also seemed to be cooking without proper ventilation and improper treatment. Best part- the spoon started shinning when I wiped it with the tissue. Couldn't wait to leave, I was grossed out. owners need to not sit on all the money and actually treat their staff well and provide better quality service here. once again, this is not only a fast food place, it's a family restaurant, the menu items are an evidence.

Nityanand been comforting place for food whenever we are around. But what we experienced yesterday was one of the worst experience. As it was around 6 30 pm still Restaurant and staff looked so off but since there were people so we choose to sit there. Food seems okay but lime juice we order we found ‘dead ant’ so we called chef and he was like “Shakkar mai aa jati hai Chittiyaa” it was so casual for them and it din end their when we asked to call chef. Chef came up with another Glass of lime juice which also had Dead Ant in it. Eventually they ruined whole mood of food with their behaviour and kind of food they serving now a days. Also AC SEATING AREA waiters were zero experienced they din even know how to hold glasses. Sadly place which were really comforting looked really worst than ever imagined.

Palak Chana Sabji. That's it. go there and try that and come back. ---- I found the pav bhaji too over hyped. That guy on the counter, has 0 sense of courtesy. ---- It's all about the hospitality that enriches the experience. If you don't know how to tackle and respectfully treat the waiting customers then just shut the place.

Tandoori roti is like rubber. They mix maida in it. They also justify putting maida in it by saying it will burn if we don’t put maida. Ingredient quality not maintained. They don’t keep feedback book.

Sambar is the worst. when we ask the waiter to call Manager. Waiter said he is busy. Waiter behaviour is very unprofessional
