An exceptional experience at The Arts Cafe, Jio World Plaza, made truly memorable by Mugashe. His recommendations were impeccable, from selecting the right dishes and quantities to introducing us to wonderful new flavours. What impressed us most was his extraordinary attentiveness. He noticed that my parents were having difficulty cutting their food and, without even being asked, ensured it was taken care of preemptively. That level of observation, warmth and genuine care is rare. Mugashe embodies hospitality at its finest and is an outstanding ambassador for The Arts Cafe. Truly world-class service.

The food was amazing and the aesthetics of the cafe are great. Rutuja made my cold coffee and it tasted really nice. The avocado toast is the freshest I have ever had.

The team is wonderful. Sakshi and Rutuja were fabulous, the specially arranged a cheese platter for us when we asked for it even though it was not in the menu !
