NOA by Nutcracker delivers on every level for matcha lovers. The Iced Matcha Latte is smooth and well-balanced, while the Matcha Iced Tea is light and refreshing, perfect for any time of day. The Marbled Matcha and Matcha Tarts are rich, flavorful, and beautifully crafted, making them a real treat. Can’t wait to try the Matcha Pedhas next – always excited to explore new ways matcha can shine!

I really love the elegance and service of the cafe really love how they communicate making the food and drink taste so good when learning how they are made it's really good to know that the staff enjoys what they make

An ardent fan of Nut cracker and Noa. Absolutely love the food. Have been a fan of the smashed burrata sandwich and disheartened to know that they’ve discontinued it ! Hope it comes back on the menu!

We are brand nutcracker fans. Tried, tasted and trusted!! The hot chocolate (75%) bitter and Vietnamese cold brew as well as Smokey sandwich we ordered were blissful! Will come again as usual:)

The food and drinks are good but it is NOT value for money. A single bagel costs 125, we paid 405 for a bagel with pesto (no other toppings) - you are charging customers for basically toasting the bagel and smearing ready pesto on it- doesn’t make any sense.

Nice small cafe with couple of seatings and mostly for takeaways. Service was good. Ordered a hot chocolate which wasn’t hot to start with and the cup size (mini & regular) mini iss too minimum to pay for and so is regular too less to pay for. Also the taste wasn’t one of the hot chocolate to go for.

Pathetic Experience – Never Going Back to Noa by The Nutcracker If you’re thinking of visiting Noa by The Nutcracker, save yourself the time, money, and frustration — this place is all hype and zero hospitality. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was off. Staff acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us sit. But the real shocker was the manager, Mitali. Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. When we politely raised a concern about the delay and cold food, she responded with attitude instead of accountability. No apology, no courtesy — just a cold stare and dismissive tone like we didn’t matter. I’ve honestly never seen a manager behave like that in any hospitality setting. The food? Bland, overpriced, and arrived late. The service? Slower than a dial-up connection in 2005. The staff? Disinterested and cold. The ambiance? Overcrowded and loud — not at all what it claims to be. This café might look pretty on Instagram, but behind the filters, it’s a mess. If you care about basic respect and quality service, avoid this place. Plenty of better cafés in the city where customers are treated like humans, not a burden. Not recommended. At all.

We went there to take a takeaway of hummus and pita chips. After taking the money from us, when we saw the waiter scrape the bottom of the vessel to remove leftover bits of hummus we told him to cancel the order. He didn’t agree and instead gave us this dried up left over scraped bottom which we threw coz it was absolutely not eatable!! And for the chips, (which we regularly order online and receive in a proper noa branded packaging), he picked up some from the jar and put it in a paper envelope sealed with a tape. When we said where are your packed chips, he said NOA does not do sealed packaged chips anymore. Wasted a good amount on money on shit food coz of lying staff!!!

Since when did spring onions become a part of jain diet? When I asked for a jain grilled cheese, they put spring onion and when I asked to remove it, the cashier replied it’s Jain. Wow I didn’t know that. After much deliberation did they agree to make the sandwich again. Second time I went and ordered a Hungry Chippy Jain, again they added non jain elements to it and acted surprised when I took the sandwich back. I absolutely the love the food you make and am a big fan of both nutcracker and noa but the staff at your Kemps Corner outlet have got that “chalta hain” attitude and seriously doesn’t care about the Jain community, this is what I am disappointed about.
