I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience at your Nom Nom Express outlet in Oberoi Sky City Mall. I had specifically ordered a Veg Korean Paneer Bao, but to my surprise, your staff served me a Chicken Bao instead. This is a serious issue — such mistakes are unacceptable, especially when it involves serving non-vegetarian food to someone who ordered vegetarian. It also reflects poorly on how the staff are trained and the lack of care in order handling.

We ordered chicken chilly but it the smell was awful we told them & they served the chicken chilly but the smell was still there & fired rice was also not good chicken was not properly cooked & chicken lollipop was also not properly cooked the only thing that tasted good was the bottle pespi

Food is half cooked and chicken gravy also smelled worst. Chicken was hard. Rice and noodles were not cooked properly and had smell. We spend 1k for food but not able to eat anything. Worst experience. please do make note of it otherwise
