Subject: Misleading Flat 50% Offer – Nom Nom Oshiwara & Oberoi Outlets Hi Team, I wanted to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had with the Nom Nom outlets listed on Zomato. On Saturday, I visited the Nom Nom Oshiwara outlet after seeing the "Flat 50% off at all outlets" offer prominently displayed on their Zomato page. I placed my order, dined in, and proceeded to make the payment via the Zomato app, where I received the 50% discount as advertised. However, after the payment was completed, the staff informed me that I wasn’t supposed to pay via Zomato because there were some issues with the system at that outlet. I was shocked, as this was not communicated beforehand. I told them clearly that if the offer isn’t valid or there’s an issue, it should have been informed before ordering — especially when the offer is still visible on Zomato. Despite this, the staff insisted on me paying again, which I obviously refused. After a long argument, he noted down my name and number and said he would get back to me. To add to the frustration, today I visited the Nom Nom Oberoi outlet and asked in advance if the 50% offer was valid. Even here, I was told the same thing — the offer isn’t working at this outlet either, but it's supposedly active at other locations. Frankly, this is completely misleading and unacceptable. If the offer isn’t working at the outlet, it should be removed from Zomato immediately or clearly communicated at the restaurant before customers place an order. This is false advertising and creates a very bad experience for customers. Zomato is equally responsible here for allowing such offers to be live without verifying whether the outlets are honoring them. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and feels like a scam. I hope this is looked into seriously, and strict action is taken against both the restaurant for misrepresentation and Zomato for not ensuring better control over partner listings.

hi.. Review for Nom Nom Express – Oberoi Mall I visited Nom Nom Express at Oberoi Mall with high expectations, especially after seeing a 50% discount offer on the District app. The food was genuinely excellent – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. No complaints on that front at all. However, what really disappointed me was the experience at the billing counter. Although the offer was active and everything was in order on the app's side, the staff refused to accept it, citing reasons like “the server is down” or other unclear technical issues. I was asked to pay the full amount, which felt unfair and frustrating. There was no effort from their side to offer an alternative or compensate in any way. While the food was great, the service and handling of the situation left a lot to be desired. I hope they improve this aspect so that other customers don't face the same issue. A little understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way.

very poor service... i ordered from zomato, they delivered incorrect and missing order. refused to accept their mistake and issued no refund or replacement. please don't order from this fraud resturant

guys if you don't want to provide a good sushi then stop pretending. worst sushi ever. my sushi rice was too sour, chef put too much vinegar as a seasoning. pathetic

the sushi had asparagus parts which were not chewable.. need to clean properly
