Very rude receptionist and totally unfriendy. All the way coming from central line to this location taking 1:30 hrs and they simply told only one page menu. When told them you should have stopped taking booking on Zomato or should have mentioned limited menu. The ignorance is high level. They said we called all customer who had pre booked 1 day prior. The lack of accountability and poor management is astonishing. This completely disgraceful behavior ruined our evening. I would not recommend visiting until they learn how to treat customers with respect.

Something is terribly wrong with this place. They cited technical issue and offered a one pager menu of only and only chinese food. Half of the items on even this page were Not Available(like salad, sushi or dimsum). Even the chinese food was very salted. We got up hungry and frustrated. We wasted our Saturday dining experience. It looks like all their chefs have fled. Restaurant was 80% vacant on a saturday evening. Over and above for this poor show, they had the audacity to add 10% VSC( service charge)

Pathetic experience…. They were not ready to give table on time despite booking on zomato. Post that we got the table but looking at the furniture, you get a feeling of some highway side dhaba….completely deteriorated… Service is dead slow. We got in at 9.40 & our first order came at 10.15. If you are making a plan, avoid it. They will make sure that your mood is spolied

There was a delay in the order for around one hour and the food was served cold. There was no staff to attend tables. The food taste is also very bad and the quantity was hardly enogh for 2 people. I planning for the upcoming weekend 10-100 oct 2026 not recommend at all Please avoid
