Had called for The Belgium Chocolate Cake and Walnut Brownie. Must say both were pretty good. Especially the Belgium Chocolate Cake Was Yummy . It had the blast of that Belgium Chocolate in every bite. A must try. The Chocolate Brownie was also delicious. But all in all, it was a great deal. This is the best place for chocolate lovers like me in Airoli.Ordered 2 pastries and 1 Chilly Paneer Roll. Double Chocolate Pastry:- One of the best chocolates pastries in entire Airoli (Must Try). It is chocolate cake layered with lots and lots of chocolate ganache. Moment Truffle Pastry:- It was also good with a normal amount of chocolate and sweetness, Chilly Paneer Roll- Not upto the mark. It was cold and was missing salt and spices. Taste:-4/5. Value for Money:- 5/5.

I ordered the cake for home delivery . The guy was polite. Cake was delivered before time . No hidden charges were charged. i ordered a belgium cake . The cake was a a combination of dark and sweet cake. The packing was proper . The design on top of the cake was not spoiled which i appreciate the most no doubt it was a fresh cake.

I newly discovered this place. This place serves a variety of options right from Cupcakes, Pastries, Mousse, Pizza to Birthday Cakes! After hearing some good reviews from my friends I had pretty high expectations for the place. But it didn't stand my expectations. What I tried - ◼ Cupcakes (1/5) I tried the Red Velvet and Chocolate one. Both were very hard and not fresh at all. The cream which was topped it tasted sick. I wanted to try out their Mousse buy sadly it was not available and out of stock. ◼ Pastry (5/5) I tried the Double Chocolate Pastry it tasted divine!

The cakes are so good but the staff is the worst. Actually not even the whole staff but just the one who pretends to be the manager of the store, lol. I guess his name is Pankaj. But the other staff members are really nice, Ashish being the best. . I have been eating at O cakes since years now but this man in particular was horrible. I wanted to customise a cake for my sister's birthday and the attitude that man was giving me was sick as if I was asking him for a free cake. . The cakes are slightly on the expensive side like 500 rupees for half kg but if you are someone like me who likes to splurge on cakes, then don't think twice. Just go and grab yourself some amazing cakes from any of their outlets.

Twice I have faced issues with my orders with O-Cakes whenever I book some cake from zomato nor they have that cake so they give me some other cake within that price. Don't you people understand that cakes are brought at our own choice if you don't have one, then please remove that from the menu option. I wanted mango maharaja and they gave me pineapple dome cake.So for ordering online they are worst.I had previously given them 4 stars because I used to go and pick up the cake which is convenient but now their service have become worse.

2 staff I don't know their name (Airoli branch) 1 is a female and another 1 is a guy, they are very arrogant and did not attend us nicely. we went to get a cake for our friend's bachelors party, the guy assured us he would be giving us a bride/groom cut out but on very next day he said they are taking prior orders, and same was not informed day before when we were asking them for a cake. Ridiculous behaviour of both staff and because of this we did not get the cake for celebration. never going to visit any of their outlets.

Had ordered two pastries, White Forest & Black Forest.. All the pastries were clearly not fresh. Cream had turned sour and the bread was dry. Very bad experience. Never ordering again
