We went for a lunch outing at Olive on a Saturday. We were not required to wait. The ambience, service, food and mocktail were exceptionally good! We had ordered the Roasted Sweet Potato appetiser, spicy Burrata pasta, Mango Tres Leches and Moon dance drink! The food was finger licking good! It’s a must visit in Borivali! The service and attendant were good as well! Highly recommended

We had booked for candle light dinner on Monday. It was great being here, we tried over there Pizza and mocktail. Overall it was great celebration for my Husband’s Birthday.

the overall ambience of the rooftop of skycity mall is definitely worth a visit. food was decent enough.. nothing extraordinary though but overall good

Amazing food, great ambience, good service. Just that their menu/recipe is fixed and does not allow for customized tastes, example, less spicy, less bitter, etc.

Extremely disappointing hospitality and management. We had specifically pre booked a table for a date dining experience expecting a comfortable and pleasant evening. However, upon arrival, we were seated at a random casual table that was so small and cramped that even the menu could barely fit on it properly. What made the experience worse was that there were at least two better tables lying completely empty throughout, yet the staff refused to accommodate us despite multiple polite requests. There was absolutely no effort made to improve the situation or make us feel valued as guests. The most shocking part was the attitude of the staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, we were bluntly told that if we were not comfortable with the seating arrangement, we could simply leave. Such behaviour is unacceptable, especially after taking prior reservations and setting expectations for customers. Overall, the experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. Poor hospitality, lack of basic customer handling, and zero consideration for guests. Definitely not the kind of service one expects when making a reservation in advance.

Third class service. The managers there are absolute fools. We went at 8 pm & at 9 pm we 4 persons were asked to sit on a table of 2. We could see 5 tables empty but they did not give us, only those fools would know why. Pathetic service & then we left & went to British brewing company. Not suitable for such a big mall & the managers should be fired they are some roadside people asked to run such a branded cafe. Owner kindly look into it or some big brand will replace you soon.

I was denied to give a table for 2 even when we reached 20mins early. When the restaurant policy asks us to reach 15mins prior. We tried requesting. However the staff was adamant for not giving the table.

First thing to mention very crunched menu. Slow service. Just a hype for ambience nothing else.
