A Complete Failure in Hospitality – Avoid at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. Our visit to Olive Garden was a disaster from start to finish, showing how little the management values guests’ time or basic courtesy. Parking & Arrival: The bad experience began outside. The valet/security staff was shockingly rude—telling me to “park my scooter anywhere” in a dismissive tone. Not the kind of welcome you expect when dining out. Reservation Chaos: We had a confirmed booking for 8:30 PM and arrived on time. Yet, Manager Deepak casually informed us that our table had been given away. What’s the point of a reservation system if it isn’t honored? Zero Accountability: The worst part wasn’t the mistake—it was the attitude. No apology, no effort to fix the situation, no empathy. Instead, the manager ignored us completely. This is the opposite of hospitality. Final Verdict: To the owner: your staff urgently needs training in guest communication and professionalism. A brand name alone cannot carry a restaurant if the service is this disrespectful and disorganized. Advice to Diners: Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of restaurants nearby that actually respect their customers and honor reservations. Stay away from this place.

Worst hospitality and service.After waiting for more than 30 mins few months back… we were given a table with no table cloth. We were a big Even service was pathetic. I had received a mocktail in a broken glass and on telling the waiter that broken glass would go into stomach he started yelling and arguing and for 5 mins he kept inspecting the glass very closely and calling fellow colleagues. Finally he understood the glass was broken and shifted the drink to other glass . The glass minute pieces would have come in that glass too but he didn’t change the drink . The food was equally pathetic. We were 15 ppl group and all felt everything was bad. Avoid this place at every cost.

These people keep zomato booking switched on and say that they have first come first serve only. Through zomato we pay for the booking so that we get the offer and booking on time without any issue. However it turns out they don’t want to switch off their booking on zomato and still give the table on first come first serve.

Visited Olive Garden Restaurant for dinner and it turned out to be a letdown. The food taste was below average, presentation was quite disappointing, and the prices are too high compared to the quality offered. Overall, not a satisfying experience.

Very had service every thing takes more than 20 min time. Even i had to call for taking orders everybody is so busy or just bad management. On valentines day travelled for 1 hr to reach and disappointed with the restaurant

Had dinner at Olive Garden Restaurant with high expectations, but it didn’t live up to them. The food was not great, presentation could be much better, and prices are quite high. Needs serious improvement.
