food was good and service was good....but we booked for dj experience and that was allowed only for table booking which starts from 25k etc...also some time limitation was not shared earlier...

I booked a table at Opa Bar and Cafe through the Zomato app, but upon arriving, I was told that the booking was valid only for the cafe section and not for the lounge/bar area. The staff refused to accommodate us, which was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. What is most frustrating is that nowhere in the booking terms and conditions was it mentioned that the reservation applied only to the cafe and excluded the lounge/bar. If such restrictions exist, they should be clearly communicated at the time of booking to avoid confusion and humiliation for customers. This was a very unpleasant experience and I hope both the restaurant and Zomato ensure better transparency in the future.

Bad DJ, my birthday got spoiled because of their wrong commitments. We booked a table at 9 and the Bollywood music was suppose to start at 11 as per the cafe but it started at 1am. They did not accept any song request or birthday wishes. They charge such hefty amount for table and no customer satisfaction or service. It is very annoying to experience this. We regularly visit clubs but such an experience was not ok. Don’t plan your big day here.

we went for a live performance,great performance, wepaid for the overpriced food and drinks and even before the performance was over we were forced to leave our table for a higher paying customer. would like to especially name Mr Sabby who was rude, unapologetic and has the worst hospitality. wouldn't recommend the place to anyone

The place & the staff is super horrible. The staff if super disgusting & does not bother if us as guests are comfortable or no! They do not give a shit as a girl if in a club we are comfortable or no! Horrible & totally waste . The party totally sucks!!!

it was worst experience because we ordered four cheese pizza and in that mushroom were missing and then when we complaint they had taken pizza and added and cafe and club area are different. My recommended is that don't visit.

The staff Sanju who took my order i placed as i went to use restroom he said he gave my order to someone else and made me wait for 25 more minutes that was only the bad service by the team rest everything was perfect
