A lovely dinner with family at one of our old-time favourite celebration spots — Orchids, Chembur. We went back after so many years and it was like stepping into a memory. From the classic pot rice to the little orange chocolate with the bill, everything felt just the same — warm, familiar, and full of nostalgia. Of course, we overate in all that excitement 🙈... and now that we’re home, it’s really sinking in!

I recently visited there Chembur outlet and it was very good there ambiance was giving a very chill vibe and the food was very freshly cooked I must recommend you all to visit !

Ambience is average. Food quality is ok. We had chicken Pahadi and prawns as a starter. The staff count was pretty good but they failed to take our orders correctly. They have lodgings as well and service preference was given to their guests and not the walk-ins Overall hospitality and food was not that catchy to overcome this experience and visit again The same area and nearby places have awesome food and ambience options available

I had clearly told not to put any chilies over and above what’s there in the paste. But still the fish and veg balls had chopped chilies in the food. The question is not of spicy food it’s that even after giving specific instructions you did not adhere to it. If this was difficult to follow then you should have clearly told that our chef doesn’t know to satisfy the customers taste buds and they will prepare food as per the taste liked by them. Now I’m having issues because of the spicy food filled with red chilies. No one likes to pay for food which is not as per their taste buds.

We had a friend’s mehendi function here On February 26 Sunday , we gave her a gift which had two envelopes. When the staff took the gifts to the car post the event the envelopes just went missing. So I would say EXTREMELY UNETHICAL STAFF AND POOR SERVICE STANDARDS.

The staff cannot handle a restaurant full of people. we had to wait for food after starters for 1hour and 30min, after which we walked out without eating as it was very frustrating. This happened on 01 September, 2023.
