Huge space and a very relaxed vibe is the biggest plus of this eatery, which by the looks of it seems to have been around for quite a while before most of these newbies have come up in Juhu or Bandra. The food is classic indian chinese, so any bong from Kolkata is gonna love this. Quantity is good, food is freshly made and served but the service could have been better i thought. Especially when the waiter says we don't doggy pack food when Zomato Gold is availed. This was new to me!! And upon asking of it's specifically for Zomato orders or otherwise even, they gave a confused answer as if they don't know what to say and what to not say!! Anyway, the food is wholesome and tasty..and it's ideal for a family with kids..so wud b heading here again definitely.

The lobster was very nice. The preparation was exactly the way we would have liked it. We had also ordered the Hunan chicken soup which was nice, consistent and rich in flavours. The only thing that put off us was that although the restaurant was supposed to close at 11.30, since we were the only ones in the restaurant, they started packing up by 11. The tables were being moved, crockery being removed and kept aside creating a lot of noise and commotion. It made us feel that they want the customers to leave fast so that they can also go home. Food 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Ambience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 (also because we were the only ones to be served and hence it was quick) Rush to close the restaurant 👎🏻

Been here on a weekend!The restaurant was pretty empty. Very good hospitality by the staff We started with..... -Chicken Manchow Soup An amazing soup as expected but extremely spicy! Please make sure you tell them not to make that spicy -Roasted chicken chilly A perfect blend of chilly chicken along with its chilly sauce but again! Extremely spicy but am amazing dish - Burnt Garlic rice & Shanghai Chicken Their most famous & amazing dish! Must try! Non spicy and a perfect blend of garlic and Chinese spices. Along with it comes gravy and extremely tender pieces of chicken and it is a must try! A pretty expensive place we sneaked in to review this place A very soothing ambience and good hospitality overall with some delightful food!👌

We visited on a weekend. Despite it being a weekend the place was empty. The ambience of the place is good. They staff was courteous and soft spoken. The service was really fast. But the authentic taste needs to be maintained. We had ordered Hunan Chicken Rice but it didnot taste the same. Also, the Pad Thai Noodles were too oily.

The roast chicken chilly and mushroom pot rice are a must try. However, the custard we ordered (based on the recommendation on the Zomato listing) wasn't up to expectations. Any home made custard would be much better. The honey flat noodles with vanilla ice cream is an absolute classic.

It is not so expensive and the food was not so amazing. The spring rolls were similar to restaurants which are of cheap rates. Nothing special in dessert or main course

Very slow service. Staff is less. Food was ok. Location is good. Restaurant offers only chinese food. Not much option for kids. Zomato gold available

We used to love this place for its food & ambience but,over the last few months things have changed for the worse.Quality of food is compromised,portion size has been reduced & it has lost its patronage.

Not worth the price. Chicken satay had rancid peanuts which gave a bitter taste. We asked for litchi and icecream but were told litchis are canned. I told the manager there’s a litchi vendor standing outside your hotel selling them fresh let me go get them and you add the icecream on top! A state of neglect overall. Very very disappointing. We crossed the road and ate dinner at Shiv Sagar bang opposite.

pathetic food , slow service, very old and outdated interior only looks good in the picture on zomato, not at all a place to give a try. Don’t just go on ramada name, the oriental bowl is specially unattended part of the hotel 🏨, the food quality is better in average restaurant than oriental.
