I have been to Oriental Spice before this also but Food Deliverered over Zomato was of rock bottom quality. 1. Order was 1 Chicken Fried Rice & 1 Fish Chilly Basil which costed 1200rs against which the potion was not sufficient even for 1 person. 2. Still the potion would not have mattered. When Fish used in the dish was Rohu instead of Basa which is usually used in Good Chinese restaurants like this. 3. Fish preparation was smelly. Left the food mid way. 4. Would ensure not to recommend this place in my circle

Last night, We had dinner at Oriental spice. The ambience was pretty comfortable for a family and couple dining. with mild lighting and soft background music. The food was very oily. No exotic vegetables. Tastes like street Chinese food. Priced 450-550 rs for one chicken dish which was not worth it if we compared it with a premium Chinese restaurant like China bistro. A similar dish I can have at a normal Chinese restaurant worth 200-250 rs. Dining plates were dirty. I changed my dish twice but again they were not cleaned properly. Stains were clearly visible. Found a live cockroach in the menu card. Waiters were not even paying attention to the customers. They huddled and did chit-chat for the whole time. Only one washroom in the restaurant. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Verdict: Ambience: 4/5 Food : 1/5 We had: chicken manchow soup : 4/5 chicken roast with five spice sauce : 0/5 (it was very sweet. didn't expect) chicken Shanghai noodles : 1/5 Hygiene: 1/5 Cleanliness: 1/5 Service: 2/5

One of the better authentic Indian Chinese places. Good ambience, good service and food and priced reasonably enough. Do recommend this one!

I cannot imagine a place which does not accept Paytm or Gpay. While the food was good, our entire experience was ruined due the payment process. We didn't carry cash around (who carries cash), even their network was done due to which credit/debit card wasn't accepted. The management needs to look into this. in today world, where even a small vendor has Paytm, oriental spice doesn't have one...

The food quality is very very bad.. trust me when I am saying this .. don’t waste your money.. I ordered crab meat soup it tasted disgusting, really tasted like made out of rotten crab .. then we ordered butter garlic prawns which again had really bad fishy smell we complained about the smell but the waiter started arguing.. then as we ordered Shanghai noodles and fortune rice, it was nothing but bad really very bad food experience one can ever have .. I request u all don’t waste your hard earned money at such places ..

The lady taking bookings is a liar and don’t take people as per the priority. She takes people out of turn and also blatantly tells lies Avoid the restaurant

We ordered for vegetable basil chilli dumplings in starter and this is what they served us. They expected the customer to assume what the dumpling is.. i don't know whether any restaurant serves such kind of dumplings anywhere. Pls change your menu or may be definition of what you want to say. Even the waiter and restaurant manager is saying these are dumplings. Rather they were hard fried balls . Stop fooling the customers with whatever you serve. Additionally they even did not bother to be sorry not did they replace the dish as well.

We tried crispy pepper chicken, fortune rice and chicken in pepper sauce. Food quality was bad. Nothing we ordered tasted good. Will not be going back.

Visited this restaurant yesterday for dinner. I wish I hadn’t. It was a let down experience from a place I had high regards. The staff seemed disoriented and distracted, they were arguing loudly among themselves and had no clue which tables they had collected orders and which guests are waiting to place their orders. A simple drink like lemon iced tea was screwed beyond imagination, it was sour and had something like plastic piece in it, perhaps a piece of polyethylene bag of sugar. Food was moderate and service was lethargic. I hope they pull up their socks quickly else they are going to shut down soon.
