We had dinner at Oryn, Fairmont Mumbai, on July 18, 2026, and were fortunate to be served by Aloysius, who I think is a captain/manager at the restaurant. From the very beginning, Aloysius provided exceptional service. He quickly understood the individual tastes and preferences of all three of us—my mother, my brother, and me too and recommended dishes accordingly. He was also extremely attentive to our food allergies and ensured that everything served to us was suitable and safe. What truly stood out was his genuine care and concern. While eating, I accidentally bit my tongue and it started bleeding. Aloysius immediately went all the way to the kitchen and somehow arranged coffee powder to help stop the bleeding. Although usually they don’t have coffee powder available but he requested the chefs to search for some! At that moment, he was truly a lifesaver!! It is always wonderful to be attended to by someone who is so caring, kind, respectful, observant, and sincere. Aloysius went far beyond regular service and made our dining experience extremely memorable. Aloysius is truly a gem for Oryn and an asset to the entire Fairmont Mumbai team. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and outstanding hospitality. Thank you once again, Aloysius! You are the reason we will visit again

We had a wonderful dining experience at Oryn, Fairmont Mumbai. The food was exceptional, the ambience was elegant, and every dish was beautifully presented. A special thanks to our server, Aloysus, whose warm hospitality, attentiveness, and excellent recommendations made our evening truly memorable. To make our anniversary even more special, he surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. His exceptional service and attention to detail made our celebration unforgettable. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

Wow is the only thing I can say for this place - Spot on ambience and the view . Lets talk abt food and service - The quality , taste and presentation was spot on . Kudos to the chef for making the team lunch so special. Now service - Chaitanya what a love team you guys have . He is so good with his knowledge on the menu , we almost landed up ordering everything he suggested and impeccable attention to the service . Well done Chaitanya ! Your team must be so proud of you . This is a must visit for an occasion

Disappointed with Zomato. Zomato did not pass the booking to the restaurant. We had to wait for over an hour on a birthday with a 2 year old baby. We reached out to your dining help, called them. No help. Our dinner got ruined. Lost trust on Zomato.

This place has definitely mastered their chinese sauces. Order for two black pepper chicken and burnt garlic rice. The sauces were flavourful and the chicken cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!!!

No doubt a perfect combination of authentic chinese cuisine, very good ambience, service and taste. Though they have nonveg options more than veg but whatever we had was good so far. Had bowl of oryn (veg) soup 5/5, crystal vegetable dumpling 3/5, burnt garlic veg fried rice 5/5. Will definitely visit again to try more.

A perfect blend of authentic Chinese cuisine, elegant décor, and world-class hospitality. The food was exquisite, the service was flawless, and the ambience made for a truly memorable evening. Oryn is undoubtedly one of Mumbai's standout dining destinations. Highly recommended! A special mention about the server Ankeet who recommended some amazing dishes.
