We had a wonderful meal at Oye Kake. The atmosphere, staff, and the food were all incredible. I would recommend the mango lassi, daal makhani, lehsuni chaap and aloo cheese kulcha to everybody! Special shout out to Pavan ji for being the most gracious host.

The food was amazing, as was the service from the staff at our table. Shubham and Pavan were very cooperative and quick servers.

We visited Oye Kake on 30th April 2026 to celebrate my nephew’s birthday, hoping for a memorable evening. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing. We started with the Hara Bhara Kebabs, which were served dry, overcooked, and had an unpleasant bitter taste. Upon raising this with the manager, he promptly replaced them with Raj Kachori. While we appreciated the quick response, the replacement dish was equally underwhelming—the kachori was extremely soggy and lacked the crispness and flavor one would expect, especially at a Punjabi restaurant. Moving on to the main course, we ordered two sabzis based on the waiter’s recommendations. Sadly, both dishes were bland and lacked depth of flavor. The only prominent taste was that of tomatoes, with no richness from cream, butter, or spices that typically define such cuisine. The naans and rotis we ordered with butter were also disappointing, as they were served without any noticeable butter. When we pointed this out, the staff’s response was indifferent, which further added to the frustration. What made the experience more surprising was that the restaurant was not busy at the time—nearly half of it was empty—so service and food quality should ideally have been better managed. We also understand that due to the ongoing LPG crisis, the menu is currently limited. However, even within a restricted menu, maintaining basic quality and taste should be a priority. Overall, this visit did not meet our expectations at all. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant until there is a significant improvement in both food quality and service. This was a birthday celebration that got completely spoiled. I strongly urge the management to look into this matter and arrange a refund for such an unacceptable experience. The restaurant manager is aware of the whole situation

i had booked a table for 16 for 1 pm on 26th April26. I got the call from the restaurant at 11.55 am saying they cannot give me the table before 2.30 as they are over booked. it was v embarrassing n stressful to find a new place last minute n ask my guest who were already on their way to the restaurant to wait until I found a new place as sundays with large group is v difficult to find a good restaurant . all my plans failed n I was really embarrassed. lucky I got a table at kala ghoda copper chimney which was v good. after all this nonsense they had the audacity to call me at 1.30 n say we can give you a table now. this is not done n zomato needs to look into this matter

The service was so slow we were there for like 3 hours to finish lunch. The food was served cold and roti came before sabzi and daal before rice. Then rice came after half and hour. The waiter disappeared for 20 min straight and then complained why we gave orders to other waiter. The Dahi looked spoilt and surprisingly the lassi was horrible. This was a Sunday afternoon so may be because of the crowd but horrible experience.
