For getting the seat we waited. 5-10 mins. Then for getting somebody for menu another 10mins. People are running here and there. Guests are looking at each other. All table are waiting for someone or the other to respond. Hostess doesn’t know which seats are available. Restaurant manager is apologising to each and every guest. It is so bad to see P.F like this. Food quality has been terribly come down. Favourite items have been a disaster. Hope the authorities will take this seriously and improve the standards. Lack of training, briefing and debriefing is so visible. Take guest feedback’s seriously to maintain quality and standards.
