Recently visited Palatte Global Kitchen and it turned out to be a complete all-in-one experience. Starting with the ambience – the place has a great vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The live music adds a really nice touch to the overall atmosphere, making it perfect for a chill evening. They also have an 8 ball pool setup, which makes it more than just a dining spot. Coming to the food, the menu is quite extensive with a mix of Indian and Cantonese cuisines, covering veg, non-veg, fish, lamb, and mutton options. We tried the 5 Style Vegetables in Mountain Chilli Sauce, which is also one of their bestsellers – and it was absolutely worth it. The flavors were bold and well-balanced. For non-veg, the Murgh Karachi Kebab was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. In beverages, the Palatte Cooler Mocktail and Red Dragon Mocktail were refreshing and paired well with the food. Had a lovely experience at Palette – Global Kitchen, Versova! The ambience is beautiful and the hospitality is truly top-notch — the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. For drinks, we tried the Pineapple & Passion Fruit Cooler, which was super refreshing and perfectly balanced. Food-wise, the Five Style Vegetables was flavourful and well-prepared. The Vegetable Cheesy Pizza was loaded, cheesy, and satisfying. Absolutely loved the Paneer Peshwari Tikka — soft, delicious, and packed with flavour! Ended the meal with Ilaichi Gulab Jamun, which was the perfect sweet finish — soft, aromatic, and indulgent. Overall, a great place for good food, lovely vibes, and amazing hospitality. Definitely worth visiting if you’re around Versova!

Had an amazing fine dining experience in Andheri! The ambience was elegant and perfect for a relaxed dinner. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and made sure everything was served on time. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour — especially the starters and mocktails which were absolutely outstanding. The quality, hygiene, and overall vibe truly justified the premium experience. Perfect place for family dinners, date nights, or special occasions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a classy dining experience in Andheri!

food needs improvement . Being Saturday night the lights needs to be dimmed .the steward forgot the order so one starter came after one hour. Long Island Ice tea drink did not have required alcohol so did not feel high.
