Visited Panayaa in Borivali recently and I’m honestly so impressed! 🌿✨ If you’re looking for a place that serves everything across the world in pure veg and Jain options, this is the spot. Their menu is massive — from Sushi to Dim Sum, from Pizza to Pasta, and even a full Indian and Tandoori spread. It’s literally global cuisine under one roof! The variety of mocktails is also amazing — refreshing, beautifully presented, and perfect to pair with your meal. My absolute favourite? Pink Pizza Bites — they are a MUST TRY! So unique, delicious, and totally Instagram-worthy. 😍 The ambience is lovely, service is great, and the overall experience was fantastic. Definitely visiting again! 💛

We recently hosted a party for around 50 guests at this restaurant, and unfortunately it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor. The staff seemed untrained and unsure about basic service, which caused delays and confusion throughout the event. For a gathering of this size, we expected much better coordination and professionalism. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the management. The owners were quite rude and unprofessional when concerns were raised, rather than trying to resolve the issues. Overall, the management and staff handled the event very poorly. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place for hosting parties or large gatherings.

Very disappointing experience. Even after advance booking, we were given an inferior seating section despite better areas being available, and when we raised this, the response from the owner was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Additionally, we noticed gas cylinders and safety equipment being stored improperly in customer areas, which is a serious concern from a safety standpoint. Basic hospitality and customer respect were clearly lacking. Definitely not the experience you expect when dining out. Would not visit again.

Worst place ever to host a party or even for a casual dining. The staff including the restaurant owner is very rude very irresponsible. Worst service with worst people with worst food. Waste of money and time. No point in arguing with the staff as they won’t accept their mistake. I wish i was allowed to give negative ratings. Not even worthy of 1 star!!

The service here was extremely unorganized. We had a party and the staff seemed completely unprofessuonal. Management’s attitude made the experience even worse. Can’t except this kind of attitude in a hospitality business :) If you wish to ruin your event kindly visit panayaa

Worst experience ever. We booked this place for a party and the service was terrible. Staff had no idea how to manage guests and the owners were very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place at all.

The manager rudely refused to accept my District voucher although it was clearly mentioned on the app of District that they would accept District voucher
