My friends and I visited Panchtara Fine Dine — the food, service, management, and ambience were all excellent! The liquor prices here are very reasonable, and there are plenty of great offers going on. The staff are super friendly and polite. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place!

i was visit panchtara fine dine for dinner, food was awsome, quick service and also good ambience with roof top... i would always refers friend for party... for party roof top of panchtara really good for 50 pax.

Excellent ambience on both the ground and first floors. The food was delicious. The workers were friendly, and the service was excellent.

The ambience was good but the place was too small, we ordered Masala pappad which they serve with normal sev instead of Nylon sev, then we ordered tandoori chaap which was only Aata inside and too chewy, we ordered peri peri French fries which was served without salt, we asked for coolberg which was not available, menu doesn't have much of option for vegetarian

service guys are horrible making faces. not following food instruction. last time we visited the food service were excellent, but today's worst experience. hope they listen patiently while taking order

Ambience is excellent,seats were comfortable and smart colour choice for the interior as well. Service was done with bare minimum efforts..The table was dirty from the time starters were served till the billing was done.Attention of staff to the guest behaviour wasn't up to the par. Soups Dal shorba- mostly dal and nothing else to taste ,was a bit disappointed with the taste I was expecting.To look at the brighter side it tasted fresh. Manchow soup- basic taste, flavour was good not too overpowering ,id suggest this one.cant go wrong with this choice. Starters Veg seekh kebab:- Very dry,bland and salty... presentation was good but doesn't make up for the taste factor. Maincourse Veg gulshan:- Spices choice was good but still tasted bland expected it to be more spicy as it was in a mid spicy range. Naan:- Pretty good tbh butter and sesame drizzled decently. As for a conclusion I was not impressed or happy with this restraunt.It being a fine dine restraunt there are some expectations which they clearly did not achieve,keeping in mind their ambience was good...I'd say there are other good options in dombivli and would not recommend Panchtara.

Disappointing Experience with Service and Food Quality I today dined from here and, unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. Despite giving clear instructions for my order, it felt like they were only half-listened to, leading to multiple mistakes in what was served. The food itself was another letdown – everything arrived cold, including the rotis and the green curry. It’s difficult to enjoy a meal when it’s obvious it hasn’t been given the attention needed to keep it fresh and hot. Adding to the disappointment, the management and staff didn’t seem to have checks in place to ensure that orders were correct. The lack of attention to quality and accuracy is frustrating, especially when dining out is meant to be an enjoyable experience. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously to improve service for future guests.

Poor, poor, poor. this has to be the last place to visit. The staff is rude, food is very expensive and there is no taste to it. I tried chicken biryani & corn cheese bas which were tasteless. Instead of ordering from here eat plain rice and curd at home.

the worst soup of my life comes with a kung pao starter which was taste less and the chicken satay which was tasting just like ginger instead of peanut butter.
