It is one of the best places to visit. All the products are yumm, and the staff is helpful. The sweets are amazing. They also give new products. I stay at Mahim but whenever I visit the Marine lines, this place becomes my stop. We always take their milk and Curd (non sweet).

I grew up eating all their desserts and their super rich milk and jalebi, and rajkoti pedas. And how can I forget their milk drops. And their yogurt pots. My childhood memories are filled with all thing Parsi dairy Farm has.

This might be the worst Rasmalai I've ever eaten. It was so thin, almost like water. Considering this is a DAIRY FARM, I expected this to be milky, even creamy. The thickness was so disappointing and underwhelming. I've heard about this place, and the decor looked quite grand, so I thought the food would be impressive. I don't know if this is their normal way of doing it as it was my first time, but I was not satisfied.

Had purchased 2 Paneer n 1 Chaas today. Both had Manufactured date 17. I even pointed to staff chaas I need of today or yest but was told it could be consumed. I had doubt n on counter before paying I opened n in their presence it had froth. I showed them there n then and a fat lady attendant said its ok pi lo u have not shaken. I sat thre n consumed after mixing n yet found a strange taste.. I turned to see date n it explicitly stated Best Befre 19/10 I.e. today. I immediately told them n each one claimed they were Managers. One Arun said it was ok to consume despite my contesting it had strange taste. I said how can it be when it states Best bfre 19 He said he would send for quality check. As a consumer I pay a price n I need product that does not harm my health. For a petty amt of Rs 65 when this shop run by Mr Nariman in past was known name in our locality this new breed of youngsters have made is a sham n shameful. I told this guy my health is an issue I am not concern what quality check or cows are gonna be tested. Fact is instead of accepting their mistake Arun went on quality test to be done. Any decent brand would apologize n initiate a refund on their own. I even told least u cam do is refund my amount petty Rs 65 but they were no we can't u have paid Gpay et all. It was a shame. Thereafter this Arun gets some Consumer complaint lady Safa she did the same prompt we will chck n sorry. I said it's a shame my health is at stake and U people so cheap that leave aside making up or refund keep saying non stop same auto prompt quality chk. I walked out and thereafter Safa came and called me to refund Rs 65 ! They took my numbers saying they would let me know abt their so called quality check but NO ONE CALLED. THIS PLACE HAS BEEN RENOVATED BUT PRODUCTS N SERVICES HAVE GONE TO DOGS. This is 2nd time such episode has happened. When u fly so high U fall as much. If they claim themselves as BRAND, sadly their staff n products are a shame. I have videos to prove how the lady who you'd me pi lo is covering her face, how when I am insisting my health is an issue with this product this Arun guy says ok u taking video ok.. SUCH SHAMELESS CHARACTERS.

Went here to get a quick parcel, and it was the worst experience. The cashier was utterly rude and did not know how to talk to customers. The cashier made me do the same payment twice saying the money transferred through gpay had not gone through. However they did receive the credit of it. Since double payment was done due to their fault, i asked for refund for which he asked me to wait for 15-20minutes. Worst behaviour of the staff. No one looked interested in working. I will not be returning to the outlet ever againi

I had ordered Kesri pedha on 24/12/2024 twice, in the morning along with malai sandwich and jalebi(quality was very poor)was very poor compared to what we normally buy in the shop, it was stale)as well as in the evening . Pedha bought in the evening through zomato was sour and little sticky when ate on the same day. Zomato disowns the responsibility. There is no feedback on the same from Parsi Dairy. I have experienced during last 2-3 orders that they supply inferior quality through zomato. Do not buy it online.

I found a hair in my kharwas when we pay such an amount for taste and quality . It should be provided that way . I love Parsi dairy but with time they have just increased prices and lowered their quality . Paying the price is not a problem when the hygiene and taste is maintained .
