Extremely Unhygienic – Found a Cockroach in My Food I ordered a parcel from Paul Chinese, and to my absolute shock and disgust, I found a cockroach in the food while eating. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, expecting at least an apology or concern. However, they were completely indifferent — no apology, no sense of responsibility, and not even a mention of a refund. This kind of hygiene negligence is unacceptable and dangerous to health. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here. Food safety should never be compromised.

I ordered a Triple chicken Noodle for dining in and was made to wait 30 mins without serving the order. They were busy servicing lots of Online orders and also a group of 4 that came after me had been served before me. I asked to cancel the order if its gonna take time but the server just kept on saying its preparing without even checking the status of order. I left the place hungry and anguished due to the bias and discrimination. Pathetic place. Do not recommend to visit this unless you are ready to wait for a long time for your food.
