Visited Peshawri, ITC Maratha for a family celebration and left disappointed with the service, especially given the brand’s reputation. The food itself was good, but nowhere close to the exceptional standard we’ve experienced at Bukhara, ITC Maurya in Delhi. We had specifically mentioned in advance that we were celebrating a special occasion, but there was no acknowledgment or gesture from the team — nothing to make the evening feel special. Service through the meal was inconsistent; we had to flag down the waiter multiple times for simple requests, and attentiveness was noticeably lacking. At one point, direct eye contact with a waiter was met with him walking away to speak with a colleague instead of attending to us. For a restaurant of this stature, the lack of anticipatory, warm service was disappointing — especially compared to the benchmark Bukhara Delhi sets. Despite this, a tip was actively encouraged at the end. Good food, but the experience fell well short of what we’ve come to expect from the ITC Hotels fine-dining brand.

Paneer was not soft and no pickle was available My peach iced tea wasn’t sweet and I was told the syrup isnt available so had to change my drink

My parents experienced food poisoning after having a meal here a week ago. While having the meal itself we did suspect something was not right. Had mutton kebab and prawn tandoori and the oh so famous dal bukhara. Both the mutton and the prawn seemed suspect

The table given to us was pathetic even when the restaurant was almost empty. The servers were rude and the service was bland. They were in a hurry to remove the plates even while we hadn’t finished eating.
