A Benchmark Italian Experience Piccolino Italian Tap Room!!! I’ve dined at Italian restaurants across the US — multi-course meals at DaVinci Bistro in Boston and beyond — but Piccolino has quietly become my personal benchmark. Bold claim, I know. Let me explain. It started with the Parmesan Garlic Knots — the kind of dish that doesn’t just satisfy hunger, it transports you. One bite and I was right back to my first taste of Italian-American food in the US. That’s not cooking, that’s memory-making. The Pesto Burrata Pizza followed, and honestly the bread alone would justify a return visit. Pillowy, perfectly structured, with a character that kept pulling you back for just one more slice. Then came the Arrabiatta Penne — spectacular is the word that comes to mind, and I don’t use it lightly. The freshness of every ingredient was almost disarming; this is food that speaks for itself. The pasta was Al-Dante. Bellissimo 🤌🤌 We closed with the Basque Cheesecake — pictured here — crowned with crushed pistachios and a pistachio cream drizzle, served alongside a rich dark sauce. Elegant and deeply satisfying. Chef Govind deserves tremendous credit. The food carries a clarity and freshness that is genuinely rare. And then there was Sourav — quite simply one of the finest servers I’ve encountered. Immaculate timing, thoughtful curation, and a presence that elevated the entire evening without ever overstepping. He didn’t just serve our meal, he orchestrated it. Michelin star worthy? I wouldn’t argue against it.

If Sunday brunches are feeling repetitive, Piccolino – Italian Taproom is a refreshing switch. With a live sangria station, indulgent dessert spread, and live artists setting the vibe, it’s more than just a meal. Their pizzas, pasta, and desserts truly deliver, and the live bar counter makes it a perfect, well-rounded Sunday plan.

Had a really great experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance made it even better. A special thanks to Sourav for assisting us he was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His service truly elevated our overall experience. Will definitely visit again!

We visited this place for their signature Italian brunch it was fabulous! Performance reminded me of my time in Santorini! Fire act, Anthem act was worth an every penny! They’ve got great craft beers too. Dessert spread was amazing! Pesto gnocchi was a standout dish for me

The experience was a disappointment. I went for brunch which i wish i did not go since there is no value of someone’s time. The service is so bad. The wait staff will ignore you on the face. With the loud music, when you finally get someone to hear your order, they will forget it and never bring it to you and you have to repeat the same process 10-15 times. We had to wait for our coffee and matcha for 45 minutes. The food is very average . The entire focus is on making reels so that they can go viral and con more such people. Dont call yourselves unlimited’ if you cant even serve dessert. They were ALL OUT OF DESSERT BEFORE THE BRUNCH EVEN GOT OVER. And the manager says ‘I DONT KNOW’. Worst experience and waste of time and peace more than money.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food quality was genuinely poor and the garlic cloves were rock hard, and the dish itself didn’t resemble how it’s typically prepared. The burrata wasn’t fresh or properly creamy, and despite asking, the staff refused to assist us. Even the pink pasta tasted like a cheap roadside mix of schezwan and cheese, far from authentic Italian. For the price, this was completely unacceptable plus I’ve had significantly better Italian food at standard continental restaurants.
