Visited Pier One Restaurant at THE MONARCH RABALE and had a great experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The monsoon chai and pakoda combo was amazing, and the service was quick and friendly. The ambience is calm and perfect for spending quality time with family or friends. Would definitely visit again.

Overall a good experience, but service is slow. The food taste, quantity, ambience, cleanliness, staff behaviour and parking space were all great. The only downside is that after placing an order, the delivery time must be improved. They take a significant amount of time to bring and serve the food.

Food was Ok. Veg Kolhapuri was good and not heavy masala one. Chinese Thupka was served, instead of actual Thupka. But that one also tasted good. So no issues. Change the name instead. Good Service by staff Nagraj.

If you're reading this, the beware, the food is good. However, if you're someone who would want ambience too, please do not go by the pics they have here. The ambience is beyond pathetic. Not at all photogenic. It's horrible. Food, that's good and good in quantity as well. The char grilled chicken ain't that good. It's not seasoned. Rozzali kebab is awesome! Sizzlers, YES! Even the Chicken Achari starter is good. Staff is kind of good.

​Terrible service overall. There was no one available to take our order from the start, the food arrived with very long delays, and items were served completely out of sequence. Very disappointing experience, needs serious improvement.

Food was good but the service people were not efficient enough to take orders, also the service was slow.Staters were served at the time of main course. The worst part was the AC cooling was not enough for dining experience.

Time taken from order till food received is very high despite less walk-in. Taste of food was not so great as compared to cost.

Really bad quality of food, and most importantly, the whole of the restaurant smelled of fish, and the staff did not know what is on their menu and what is provided. Would not recommend.

Really slow service, didnt like french fries, really bad service, very slow service, didnt have basic sauces, mocktails werent good, amd to top it all up - attitude from waiters
