Food is amazing. Staff is kind and always seeks for feedback about food. Sometimes it might irritate you as they ask too frequently while you’re talking with your group. During billing the experience wasn’t as expected. As soon as they came to know that I will be be through District app. They started manipulating bills and took too much time to generate the bill.

This was my second dining experience here. I only visited again because my first visit, although with hiccups, was still good overall. But this time around, the food quality was horrible. We ordered prawns chilly. The prawns were so tough that we had to actual wrestle with the prawns. They got them redone once. The worst part being that they refried the same prawns which made them even harder. My jaws were working overtime and let me tell you it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. There was a lot of crowd being a Saturday just after Anant Chaturdashi. But nothing should stop a restaurant from serving perfect, delicious dishes each time, every time. Next up was the matka chicken. The sauce was cheesy, medium spicy and very tasty; however, the chicken was again tough and not cooked properly. Overall a very bad experience that has put me off totally.

⚠️ SERIOUS FOOD SAFETY & HYGIENE ISSUE — BE CAREFUL! I found metal wire in my food and was fortunate to notice them before accidentally swallowing them. I do not understand how foreign metal objects could have ended up in the dish. This is a serious food safety and hygiene concern. I urge the management to investigate the incident and review their kitchen and food-handling practices to prevent this from happening again.

pathetic service. just 1 clueless server who kept forgetting everything. I had asked her to parcel my remaining food. they never brought it and even i forgot and left.
