I had order pizza without mushrooms through Zomato from Pizza Hut Borivali East outlet. I had specially mentioned cooking instructions without mushrooms as we don't eat mushrooms. But when we received the order there was lot of mushrooms over it and moreover when I complained on Zomato they told they can't give refund. Same thing happened when we were dining in Pizzahut borivali W. But they didn't charge us as it was their fault. So don't rely on Zomato as they don't care about customer service and a big thumbs down 👎 for Pizza Hut borivali E outlet

I had visited the Pizza Hut Borivali East outlet and I didn’t like the fact that they have the same person making Non Veg & Veg pizza’s. When questioned, he gave the reason that there is shortage of staff. Considering Borivali East, where most of the residents are Vegetarians- they shall re-consider the option of its kitchen operations. VEG & NON- VEG options shall be made by different individuals.

No Hygeni mantain at Pizza Hut Borivali East, No Water in Toilet Mosquito are rounded all place in Kitchen and area where we eat foods, my daughter with me during last Saturday 4th April 26 No Proper Ataria Dress Code where the serve the Attendent. West of My Money Rs 700/- that day, My Daughter suggest me not to eat Pizza Hut - Pizza forever. Rest in peace Pizza Hut

Air conditioning was worst told them thrice to lower the temperature to 16 but they kept changing it again to 29-30, There was no staff waiting on us, Only 2 people were there 1 was taking order and other was baking, They had 0 listening skills, other customers were also complaining same thing.
