Drop in at pizza hut chowpatty and the aroma will make u hungerier. Their secret ingredient is always cheese. The ambience is cool and the kitchen spic and span. The service quick. The manager lacked basic communication skills and came across very rude. The only change needed at this outlet is the Manager. We ordered the Veggie delight - loaded with veggies and cooked to perfection Paneer pizza - the cheese+paneer combo cant be matched. Loved this one. At pizza hut you will surely have an orgeano day.

It is the last place you should be going. The staff is super rude. Takes a lot of time to give the pizza. And does not reply if asked for basic tissues. The pizza was not what we ordered put a lot of corn cause they were out of capcicum without even informing or asking us. garlic bread was dry. On asked to clear the table of the previous customers mess he said it’ll take time whereas he wasn’t even busy. Horrible place and food.

Tables were not cleaned. service was pathetic, lack of staff and few items are out of stock. No fries, poppers are available, so we hv to go with garlic bread which was also OK. Dustbin is full. Staff is least interested to clear it.

The staff is very unprofessional, order for hot coffee but they are serving hot chocolate and saying 'hamra pas hot chocolate e hai'.
