Worst service. Zero efforts to communicate or apologise. Had ordered pizza and garlic bread from this outlet in Dadar. Showed a wait time of 50 mins. After 45 mins someone from zomato calls and tells us that the facility has had a machine issue so they haven’t been able to execute any of the orders since a while. Then why did they accept the order in the first place? And why did they wait for the delivery boy to arrive to then communicate the same after keeping us hungry and waiting for 45 mins? Fun fact: they switched off their designated phone to avoid calls. Worst service. Not expected this from a well established and trusted brand like Pizza Hut.

Please don’t ever visit or order from this outlet. It is by far the worst outlet in terms of service and staff behavior. I have ordered from this place many times, hoping they might have improved, but nothing has changed. My order was delayed by almost 2 hours, and when I tried calling them, they told me that I would have to come and pick it up myself. They don’t allow delivery agents to collect orders, and they refuse to hand over the order as well. I don’t understand why they even have the Zomato option available at their outlet this should be removed. Even Zomato’s service seems to be getting worse day by day.

Recently visited 1 of the outlet in Mahavir Nagar of Kandivali West, took almost half an hour to take order and almost waiting for then an hours told us that the order was not even punched. Had worst experience and even the staff was not trained enough

ordered from zomato main order comes but side dish and beverage is always missing when order from kohinoor and customer and poor delivery guys gets hassled because of missing items from pizza hut outlet very disappointing
