Ordered from Pizza Hut today. We ordered a Margherita and specified in the cooking instructions to deliver a medium-sized pizza. Instead, we got a small sized pizza, which confirms that they don't read the cooking instructions. Food was also cold and not at all a good experience. Even when we tried to contact customer support, they didn't do anything and only gave us a 60 rupees discount. This is extremely disappointing. Don't order from here.

the staff here is highly unprofessional and very very very much impolite and very rude even when we told the staff to clean the table they did not and denied to do so and they were sending us inappropriate messages as well and the worker was very disrespectful it needs to be improved for real we are very very disappointed by the service I don't recommend anyone to come here it needs to change very unprofessional

We placed an order for a meal but it wasn't served to us for one hour. The receptionist lied to us that your order had fallen off : the pizza, garlic bread, the sticks. later the manager told us that the order wasn't received. The staff was screaming inside the kitchen and it was audible all around. Many guests had to leave the premises due to delay in services

Food served was not baked properly and wasn't fresh .The order took around 30-40 min to be given at our table . Maintenance is not properly looked after as centrally AC is not providing proper cooling in the dining space area. Staff members are also not providing quick response and took long time to give the pizza at our table

We order today veggie feast, classic onion capsicum, margarita but we didn't get veggie feast we call to pizza hut associat they are given excuses like they are forgotten to take parcel and they don't have delivery partners, so wast service please don't order food from this branch such west of money and time.

worst experience ever. never come here, they said a dish was veg but it turned out to be non veg. Confused us into selecting some dish called melt which turned out to be cheaper than pizza but charging us the same money and wasnt even filling.

HORRIBLE PLACE AND SERVICE - took 45 mins to get an appetiser - Waiter literally threw / banged the bill on our table. WORST PLACE EVER AND STAFF IS HOTRIBLE

Cockroaches found near the table . Poor management and staff is not cooperating. Very unhygienic and high chances of food poisoning
