The ambiance is superb, and I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to the staff. We all enjoyed your delicious food (especially the veggie supreme and chicken supreme pizzas), and the evening was everything we hoped it would be.

here you have to place the order first, pay first and then the food is delivered at your table. lot of tables on the 1st floor was not clean. It was really hot inspite of ac being on. Even after complaining they said this is the maximum cooling. It was really suffocating to sit.

Updated Review: 1st November, 2023 Visited my old favourite pizza joint, Pizza Hut at Vicino Mall, Oshiwara. A visit after over a year ago to the same outlet and a review upgrade was highly necessary. Here's a breakdown of all the dishes I had: JALAPENO POPPERS Served cold, hollow & absolutely tasteless. Have previously tried this at another outlet and it was radically different. This seemed like made from a very low grade pre-frozen pack. SPRINKLED FRIES Your regular, decent fries EXOTICA VEGGIE GARLIC BREAD This used to be a favourite once. Again a very different taste. And what was that cheese topping?!? Seemed like cheese spread with some veggies, which did not go with the garlic bread base. Very very disappointing. CHEESE MAX- TANDOORI PANEER PIZZA The cheese in the cheese max- portion was an unmelted stick. The bread was dry, there was no tandoori sauce, so no flavour - as per the management, in cheese-max pizza they replace the base sauce with the cheese-max sauce. P.s: my favourite pizza at Pizza Hut was a downgrade by paying extra for cheese burst. COUNTRY FEAST PIZZA The experience was of biting into a thick slice of bread with just an abundance of corn. SPICY TOMATO TWIST PASTA This was the only reasonably decent dish that day. LEMON MINT MOJITO Average. Nothing to talk about. This was not the first time I had such an experience with Pizza Hut. With back to back such experiences from my once beloved pizza joint, there doesn't seem a chance that I would visit again soon. Would request the management to look into this issue after having lost this loyal customer. -------------------------------------------------------- Review Dated: August 20, 2022 ( previous rating: 4/5) For those who have been living in this area since a while are aware how the OG Pizza Hut was located at Lokhandwala circle, which I have a lot of childhood memories related with. At that time, it was one of the fancier places to dine at, and also a favourite birthday party spot before it was replaced by other outlets. It's been a while since a good Pizza Hut is available in our area, and the ones at Infiniti & Fun republic are being excluded because they just don't give the feels. This new Pizza Hut outlet at Vicino mall (earlier mega mall) is located on the outer side of the mall, thus making it a standalone restaurant. It's a small outlet, with limited seating space, mainly on the upstairs. The outlet as a whole is nothing impressive. While they have been running the 2 pizzas for 249 offer on pan pizzas, I decided to dine in to eat hot pizzas which don't taste the same delivered home. As you may have guessed, the price is only valid upto the delight range. It's valid only for the vegetarian options, non veg are +50 each. I wanted to stick to 249/- itself to know if the offer was really worth it. Our first was the VEGGIE TANDOORI (3/5) with a San Francisco style crust. The crust was extremely dry. The sauce & toppings were decent, but we're overpowered by the crust. The next was the SPICED PANEER (4/5) pizza with their classic crust. Classics the best, and absolutely loved the generous qty of paneer in toppings. Thankfully they served the pizzas in their pizza pans as opposed to other outlets which are serving in delivery boxes nowadays. This kept the pizzas nice and hot for a while. Our total was 262/- along with taxes which was a total steal. If you are Pizza Hut fan, this outlet seems to be doing things right, except their service counter which is snail speed at taking orders. Waited about 15 minutes just to place my order with 2 people before me.

The worst experience. So me and my friend went in for the unlimited Friday offer, we ordered 4 medium pizza’s from which 2 were untouched and when i randomly asked the staff what they would do to the pizza if I had taken a bite from it and couldn’t eat it full, the staff said they throw the entire pizza in the dustbin. Disgusting, there were kids right out the door staring in for a little food, I did not ask for a takeaway for the pizza but atleast they can feed the needy, throwing the slice that’s half eaten, the rest can be given to someone in need. People die from hunger and places like Pizza Hut are throwing untouched pizza slices in the trash rather than feeding the needy. I had a long arguement with the staff but then I realised it’s a waste because they said they can’t do so as it’s seen in the cctv and they can have a problem as it’s not allowed to feed the poor. I’m disgusted.
