The ambience of Pizza Hut was very good. They had beautiful decor and wall paintings in the restaurant. We had been here for lunch. Also, the meal we had was value for money. We had a pasta meal which had a choice of pasta, a choice of pizza and garlic breadsticks. The food was served hot and we enjoyed the meal. Also, the service here was prompt and the staff was friendly.

I would like to appreciate ms Sakina as she is very polite and humble while taking orders also she suggested about the trending melts which was fab and ambience was cool and tidy just little bit need to take care of staffs grooming in terms of uniform and shoes. Overall experience was amazing.

I am feeling happy to say that I am really impressed with the hospitality of Junaid at Pizza Hut Ulwe branch. He is polite and helpful. I would recommend everyone to visit here.

Restaurant looks over staffed but very poor service. Management is a mess. No one to clear tables from previous orders. Cold drinks arrived after completion of food. And guess why? Because the number of glasses in the restaurant are limited. So only when someone is done with their drinks is when you shall get your drinks.

unhygienic .. table not clean properly.. cruet set not clean. it's oliy and very very dirty . ac not that cool ..
