The server, Dheeraj, was too busy taking an order of another customer for 15 mins. While there were 2 systems, he couldn't be bothered to switch the other one on. We wanted to try the new release melts, which the glitchy application did not allow me to order. This is not acceptable from a fast food chain. You really should train your executives to be more sensitive to customer's needs. It is unfair to have to wait for 15 minutes just because someone else can't decide what they want to eat.
