The location is convenient, and the restaurant has a bright, modern vibe that's both relaxed and lively. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a long meal without feeling rushed, making it ideal for family outings, date nights, or even a fun meal with friends. We started with the Berry Slushie and Sparkling Iced Tea, both refreshing and a great way to kick off the meal. The Doppio Dough Balls with Garlic Butter were an instant hit—soft, warm, buttery, and impossible to stop eating. For mains, the Penne Arrabbiata was packed with a rich, tangy tomato flavour and just the right amount of spice. The star of the meal, though, was the Romana BBQ Chicken Pizza. The thin, crispy base paired beautifully with the smoky BBQ chicken topping, making every bite delicious. The best part? I went with a Gen Z foodie who absolutely loved the experience. From the food to the vibe, everything felt fun, fresh, and Instagram-worthy, which says a lot! PizzaExpress has managed to strike the perfect balance between quality food and a welcoming atmosphere. **Must-try:** Doppio Dough Balls with Garlic Butter, Romana BBQ Chicken Pizza, and the Berry Slushie. The food was ok but most dishes were over at 9:00 pm and the service was horrible .. had to order or dishes to two different waiters as they kept moving around .. and our order did not come for over 30 min . Spoiled the mood and felt the experience was complete spoiled ! I always enjoy going to pizza express but this time I think was my last !

We had visited on a Saturday afternoon, when the restaurant was crowded. We ordered some starters, a couple of pizzas, and a rice bowl for the kid in the group. The server informed us that the pizzas would take 30-35 min, and we were okay with that since we had an hour left for our movie at the adjoining Cinepolis. However, 40 min and a couple of reminders later, only the starters and one pizza had arrived. The server continued to tell us the rice bowl and pizza were being prepared. Finally, we talked to someone who looked like he was senior and he cross-checked the order and told us that the second pizza was not on the order and they hadn't even started preparing the rice bowl. We had to leave after paying for the half meal to avoid getting late for the show. The restaurant offered no real apology and showed no sign of remorse for messing up our order, presumably because it didn't have to in the afternoon rush. A poor experience overall.
