Where today you have crazy competition. Pizza express has not evolved. Service is great but alas if we could say the same for food. Hope they understand the food

the food was great, pizza was soft and frichos were really good but the service was so absolutely terrible. From the moment we sat down, we were given no attention. We had to call the server Nabeel twice just to get a menu. We ordered two drinks and an appetizer, finished eating our appetizer and then we received one drink. When we asked to cancel the drink order because we were halfway through our pizza, the lady server came and asked why we want to cancel, stating that she was waiting for our pizza to be served before she would serve the drink. Again we had to wave our hands and call out to the servers multiple times in a restaurant where only one other table was seated. Twice the chefs noticed us and called out to the servers before the servers noticed that one out of two tables wanted to order. Terrible service, ruined the whole experience for us

The service was extremely poor. I wasn't served water, and when I asked about a dish, I was simply told to read the menu description. After requesting assistance, two staff members took my order but forgot to place it. I waited over 30 minutes before following up, only to learn that my order had never been placed. I had to change my order and settle for something quicker, Very disappointing experience.
