Loved my coffee here in this nice boutique cafe in One BKC. so refreshing my cuppa was. Great service from Vikas! he's supremely courteous and prompt. keep up the excellent work!

I didn't eat here today however it's extremely disappointing that the outlet in one bkc is stingy with accessories and I don't know why. I asked them for a happy birthday tag and I was told that they can give it and I get that maybe they cannot just hand it out, I offered to buy it too and yet I was refused .are you telling me a brand like yours will lose billions to help someone out?? extremely speechless at this behaviour..

Earlier the food was excellent at juhu poetry outlet now its detoriated to next level they should really change thier chef or will definately loose thier regular customer . I ordered egg omlet it was served with fried sweet onions in it and the taste of the omlet was like it was made from rotten eggs . Relly disapointed with the food prepartion

worst experience, such a poor customer service. they were not even payimg any attention to the customers that were actually present there and food was also not good, coffee was bad. not recommended to anyone. very bad customer service- worst experience.
