I recently visited poetry by love angd cheesecake chembur outlet. I must say it wasone of the most delightful coffee experiences i ever had. From the moment i walked in, the service was exceptional. I was greeted with a genuine smile from staff Sagar. They were friendly and attentive. I woul like to mention Mr. AMAR for curating special cafe mocha with my name on it. It was presented so well. Surely going to visit again.

ambiance was good, Ms Monica and other staff gave a wonderful service with smile , had avocado 🥑 on tartine, and chocolate 🍫 hazelnut coffee ☕️, overall had a grt experience on my 1st visit to chembur outlet

My experience over here was the absolute worst. What started off decent was quickly destroyed when I spotted a chef who looked like he hadn’t seen soap or a razor in weeks—unkempt, unshaven, with an overgrown, filthy moustache. I was horrified. It’s shocking and disgusting that a place with this reputation would allow such a filthy person in the kitchen, handling food. I was left completely appalled and disgusted. This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing dining experience I’ve ever had, and I will never be returning.

Ordered a take away Lotus biscoff cheesecake pastry and was very disappointed with the taste. The pastry had gone stale.
