I recently visited Poetry by Love and Cheesecake at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, and honestly, it’s such a cute little spot. The moment you step in, it has this cosy, open vibe that instantly puts you at ease — the kind of place where you can happily spend an hour just unwinding. I ordered their club sandwich along with a berry smoothie, and both were absolutely on point. The sandwich was fresh, well-made and really satisfying, and the smoothie was the perfect balance of fruity and refreshing. I loved that nothing felt overly heavy — just simple, good food done right. What really stood out to me was their dessert selection. They have such an amazing spread of cheesecakes and other sweet treats that you genuinely feel tempted to try everything. It’s one of those places where you automatically start planning your “next time I’ll try this” list. Overall, Poetry has a very warm, inviting vibe — soft, pretty, and comforting in a way that makes you want to sit back, sip something delicious, and enjoy the moment. It’s definitely a place I’d go back to, whether I’m in the mood for a dessert fix or just a quiet, cosy break in the middle of a busy day.

It’s my fav place to dine at anytime of the day …Roushan was very polite and courteous The dish I ordered was Turkish eggs and the toast was just perfect … Cappuccino is my all time fav and they never go wrong with it … Look forward to breakfast mornings at Poetry ♥️

This one was a surprisingly memorable meal. I have enjoyed their cheesecake previously, however it was 8pm and I was craving for some English breakfast. I highly recommend checking this place out. I had a delicious and filling 'stuffed omelette' and loved the french toast.

This is a go to place for desserts for sure But you will like the turkish egg and love the Paprika chicken But you will also be served warmly by Omkar who is the sweetest everytime.

we had ordered red velvet cheese cake and it was yummy 😋 white pasta was okay, very dry but tasted fine.

The food is very tasty But the good part Ends there!there is no ambience as its not a cafe but just sits in the middle of a corridor!n their Staff Behaviour is the Worst! They are busy chatting among themselves,least interested in service.you have to keep calling them to get their attention.n the Kitchen staff is so damn loud.last week when I was there it felt like I was sitting on a Railway way platform! All the staff specially kitchen staff was talking so loudly making such a Ruckus that it was hard to enjoy my meal! You order an expensive meal to be able to enjoy it! They were making such a Ruckus that I just finished my meal as soon as possible n Left without even thinking of coffee or dessert.n no there was no crowd behind the place coz I checked!they Need to get a proper cafe n firstly they need to Train their Staff How to Behave! Most horrible n disappointing experience.Scared to go again although I enjoy their food

Very disappointing experience at Poetry (Oberoi mall) The sandwich was served cold, which completely ruined the taste. The hummus was bitter and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the staff was not cooperative at all and seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. For a place that presents itself as a cafe with character, the quality of food and service was far below expectations. Definitely not worth a repeat visit

Please make sure to never order Hot chocolate from here. It tastes like Bournvita milk. If they allow me, I'd love to attach a video of what was sent to me in the name of chocolate.

This restaurant has always done 2 things in my experience. Either they cancel last minute after enough time has been spent or deliver the wrong items altogether.
