Amazing experience at Poetry by Love and Cheesecake! The food was fresh and full of flavor — especially the desserts, which were the highlight. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a relaxed meal. A big shoutout to Afzal, who gave us outstanding service! He was polite, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. A special mention to Afzal, who took excellent care of us throughout our visit. From recommending dishes to checking in at just the right moments, his service added a personal touch that made the experience even better. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Most favourite place of mine in Mumbai. Red velvet cheesecake is the most amazing dish. i came from delhi and i had to come here for cheesecake. fida served me really well with great service and hospitality.

Had the pesto melt sandwich and lemonade. Both were really delicious. The server Fabius was very friendly and knowledgeable on what the best items were. Would definitely visit again.

English breakfast is very average. Quantity for baked beans in just a spoon that's it. Guacamole also wasn't great..!!

The restaurant was very dirty and short staffed. As soon as I entered at 10.00am, it was smelling of cleaning chemicals. Short staffed and they were expecting us to sit at a dirty table, no one was there to clean it. They got my husbands order wrong and the quiche seemed stale. Overall very poor experience.

Deserves minus 10, filthy place, rubbish staff, have no ide what they are doing, filth all over, unhygienic , made orders wrong, staff does. It know what they are doing, place deserves to be shut down
