Had a wonderful experience at Poptates! The food was delicious, the ambiance was lively, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to Viswajeet, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Nothing stood out though. Although starters were good but the veg sizzler I ordered was awful. The rush might have affected the food quality as well as the service but it wasn't a pleasant experience for me.

the server was not attentive, he goofed up the order, more over when I asked for check at the end he was just not bothered, I had to ask other server.

The food was served cold n upin request to heat it they just microwaved rhe food. We ordered jalepeno poppers and the poppers all came burst. Very slow service and manager is of no use trying to justify the bad food
