Visited Pop Tates recently. The food overall was good — we ordered the jalapeño cheese balls, paneer Manchurian, paneer biryani, and penne Alfredo. The paneer biryani and penne Alfredo were really good and flavorful. However, the quantity of the paneer Manchurian was very less, which was disappointing. We also wanted to order a sizzler and specifically requested the server to replace the cabbage with lettuce, but the request was denied. That was quite disappointing, especially since it seemed like a simple customization request. Overall, good taste, but the portion size and service flexibility could definitely improve.

I had asked for a pink sauce pasta in creamy base and their suggested was chicken bananiti but when I saw the bill it was arrabiata pasta with a grilled chicken add on. I was solo there was not really much of staff required for service but still I was charged involuntary and when ask to remove, they removed the charges but not from gst which was included of the staff charge. had to back and forth alot on that

Had cockroach on the table and after highlighting to the staff we were told you can raise it on social media as we are not bothered.
