Visited Pop Tates recently. The food overall was good — we ordered the jalapeño cheese balls, paneer Manchurian, paneer biryani, and penne Alfredo. The paneer biryani and penne Alfredo were really good and flavorful. However, the quantity of the paneer Manchurian was very less, which was disappointing. We also wanted to order a sizzler and specifically requested the server to replace the cabbage with lettuce, but the request was denied. That was quite disappointing, especially since it seemed like a simple customization request. Overall, good taste, but the portion size and service flexibility could definitely improve.

It was good service over all but when we asked then to remove the service charges waiter started behaving wiered and they atop attending the table .. Super Pathetic

Had cockroach on the table and after highlighting to the staff we were told you can raise it on social media as we are not bothered.

The staff serving on table 31 on date 1 March was too rude and forcing us to order and leave though servicing is too bad
