They said that the BBQ chicken pizza did not have any vegetables, which was an extreme lie. Otherwise, the food was amazing, garlic bread is peak. The food is value for money!

we entered the restaurant and for 5 mins we were not offered a table even though more than half of the tables were available. we got a table after interacting with couple of waiters who were rushing god knows for what as service was so delayed. it took more than half an hour for us to get our burger and fried chicken and more than 50 mins fir our noodles for which we asked twice and when informed third time with another waiter we came to know the order was not placed only earlier. service was very very poor. food was okay. fried chicken was too oily. burger was okayish not so good and veg noodleswere better than other two. for service 1/5 for food 3 /5

We’ve always loved Pop Tate’s and it’s been one of our go-to happy places — which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. To start with, the beer served during happy hours was completely flat — it honestly tasted like juice. When we raised this concern, Ms. Preeti mentioned she had tasted it herself and insisted it wasn’t flat, refusing to offer any replacement or alternative. That felt dismissive and unfair, especially when a simple resolution could have made all the difference. What made the experience worse was the service. Pop Tate’s has always been known for its warm and friendly staff, but this time was quite the opposite. Ms. Preeti’s constant glares and unnecessary hovering around the table made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. Lastly, we noticed a “staff contribution” charge added to the bill — which seemed like a workaround for service charge. When we requested its removal, it raised concerns about transparency and current regulations. Overall, this visit completely changed our perception. It’s disappointing to see a place we once enjoyed so much fall short on both service and customer experience. We’ll definitely think twice before coming back.

Yesterday we came for dinner and ordered Thai Green Curry with seabass fish for parcel. However, when we got home, we realized you had given us chicken instead. Not only was the order incorrect, but the taste was also very disappointing. We expected better quality and accuracy, especially for a takeaway order. Kindly look into this and ensure such mistakes don’t happen again.
