Overall, it was a good experience. The food quality was okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The beer glasses had an unpleasant smell, the noodles were not good, and the chicken pieces tasted like they were only boiled and lacked flavor. I hope the restaurant improves these points. It would also be nice if they offered some discounts.

The food quality has really gone downhill in the last year. We ordered chilli chicken that came in a tomatoey sweet sauce with no chillies at all…not sure what that abomination was but we decided to skip ordering the rest of our meal and went next door to Chimmichuri which was a lot better

District needs to work with Pop Tates for better discount... there is absolutely no discount in Pop Tates... it seems like Distri t has no control

Yesterday while ordering for bill , your waiter added service charges , when we requested him he didnt remove the service charges from the official total. He called senior manager, they removed service charges in informal way we requested him to remove it in proper way. After removing it we told him next time pls dont add service charges like that, he rudely declined and said he will not change it for us. He infact told the security guy not to allow us next time. I have been regular customer of this restaurant since 2010 , now wont order from here . Guys did restaurant is run by a fraud guy, dont go there

They forgot our order which we had to remind after 30 mins, The tables are better in neighborhood lunchhomes waiters were bumping into me everytime thet passed. Food was drowning salt. Worst experience ever.
