We visited this Pop Tate's outlet on 12th July as a group of five. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't even crowded, yet the service was extremely disappointing. There were plenty of waiters on the floor, but none seemed interested in taking orders. Most of them were standing in groups, chatting among themselves and ignoring customers. Every time we wanted to order something, we had to request 3–4 different waiters before anyone responded, and even then we had to wait a long time. It felt like the staff simply didn't care. The manager also didn't seem attentive or proactive in ensuring customers were being served properly, which made the experience even more frustrating. The food was equally disappointing. The chicken tasted like it had been taken straight from the freezer, had almost no flavor, and even had a strange stale smell that made it unpleasant to eat. Overall, this was by far the worst experience I've had at any Pop Tate's outlet. Poor service, indifferent staff, lack of management, and below-average food made for a very disappointing visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service and food quality

Pathetic service . The manager himself is not bothered about the service. Very laid back staff. We ordered food at around 3.15 pm and inspire of very less people at that time it took them 45 to 50 minutes to serve food. Never go to this Times Square outlet. You will be disappointed and soil your mood.
