There was a little hygiene issue. There were many flies near the table and then a big cockroach was on one of us. we complained the same to the manager and he explained that they had missed doing the pest control this week. He offered a complimentary dessert for the same. But if a cockroach can be found in the dining space I can't even imagine what the kitchen would look like. Also, the washrooms were not clean. The staff service and the food is good but hygiene is a big concern.

Pop Tate’s has been always a name in itself and i have been it’s fan. But this outlet which is opp to Runwal greens has made the experience for the first time 1) pathetic sitting arrangement 2) cleanliness- 0 3) mosquitos and flies everywhere 4) rude staff and not so corporate 5) No AC Please visit r mall pop Tate’s or either of any but do not visit here
