Went for dinner with Family. The staff here has ZERO Hospitality Etquites & very poor grooming. They appear to be hired with ZERO Skills & employed without any Formal Training & seem to be from 1 area as they tend to group in & chat away their time while guests have to actually frantically waive out to get their attention. This is in stark contrast to the outlet in Inorbit Mall Vashi where the service is far superior then here. Wouldn't visit the Satra Plaza Vashi outlet anymore nor recommend to anyone to visit here. Please go to the Inorbit Vashi Mall outlet but not here.

We had visited as a group of six on the 11th of oct 24’ at pop tates Vashi , the first table we chose had cockroach crawling on the table so we were asked by the waiters to move to the next after ordering food we found a cockroach on the plate itself feeling uncomfortable they moved us to another table , we found a cockroach on the wall again , they compensated us with two desserts in which one was a jar tiramisu which had no expiry mentioned on it and the dessert itself tasted sour as the mascarpone had curdled this experience was really uncomfortable and disappointing given that it’s a very popular franchise across the city my friends are now sick and not okay we’re planning to file for a case Please take this situation very seriously and make sure to have hygiene as your first thing to be taken care of as a food owning business

They were out of beer.. I mean you are lounge bar and how can you not have magnum beer. Very bad experience.
