This is what amazes me, zomato has metrics to rate restaurants, delivery partner, in dining service but you dont have metrics to rate your own service, delay in food delivery, never taking responsibility of your mistake when a customer connects and complain. Shamelessly and unethically you tell sorry for the inconvenience but its sorry for your incompetence. It is one the most unethical unethical business and the founder talks big words on tv shows. Just a shame on you and your service. Better keep one more metrics as “how did zomato do”. You will find people complaining about you more than the restaurant or delivery partner

I ordered dominos from zomato and it showed 15 - 20 minutes for delivery I waited and suddenly order had been delayed I still waited despite it being delayed the driver showed up at my doorstep but didn’t proceed to deliver the order and left. I went to help support and tried reaching out towards the issue but 0 help from the help centre no communication and zero efforts were taken to understand the issue or consider listening to the problem. I definitely would not recommend such interaction from dominos nor zomato.

I ordered at 12 in restaurant Naseeb, they accepted it but cancelled it after 45 minutes, okay, after that I searched for Roshni Zaika, it gave me 20 minutes but the actual time was 1 incident in 20 minutes, I am waiting for the food for the last 2 hours but the food did not reach, I request other people to stop ordering online and go and get it yourself, otherwise they will deliver the order before time, if we cancel then they deduct the entire payment, that is why Zomato is closed from today

i have placed an order from KFC but it delivered after 90 minutes and from from restaurant to kfc distance was only 2 km they also charged 105 rupees for delivery zomato customer care team are very rude and misbehave also the taste of chicken popcorn was too salty and chilled . very awkward experience with zomato

Ordered a KitKat cake from Samayra Bliss on Zomato, but received a completely different and damaged cake. Not happy with the service and quality. Requesting a full refund. Wouldn't recommend

none of above. but margin of profit is exploiting 2 customer as per my thinking very high as experienced as per previous order via zomato and via direct restaurant comparatively.
