This is a must visit place for anyone who is new to Mumbai and Maharashtrian food. I tried the Puri Shrikand thali and sabudana vada-Kichidi. Felt like home on a plate. Apart from the food, special kudos to our waiter, Yash, who was a great host.

Had a wonderful Maharashtra meal. Really delicious Maharashtrian delicacies. Dilip Yadav was extremely helpful and even suggested some amazing dishes. Must try for amazing food. Best meal we had!

Loved the classic maharashtrian food. I tried pitla bhakri, aamras Puri, kairche pannah and the maharashtrian special thali. The food was excellent!

I ordered food from your restaurant a few days ago and, without a doubt, the food quality is good. However, the service has been getting worse with every order. As a working parent, I sometimes place orders a little late. On one occasion, the food arrived after the restaurant had already closed, leaving no way to address issues immediately. This time, I ordered a thali along with an extra bhakri and kurdai. While the thali was delivered, the additional bhakri and kurdai were missing. What was even more disappointing was that despite raising the issue, neither the restaurant nor Zomato provided a refund or a satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something has been missing from my order. In the past, I chose to overlook such incidents, assuming mistakes can happen. My concern is simple: customers spend their hard-earned money, often paying extra due to platform markups, packaging charges, and delivery fees. The least we expect is to receive everything we have ordered and for someone to genuinely investigate and resolve issues when they occur. It is extremely frustrating to experience this level of service from a restaurant I have regularly supported. Unless there is a significant improvement in customer service and accountability, I will refrain from placing future orders.

Ordered Sev Bhaji from Potoba, and it was a complete disappointment. They do not know how sev bhaji is made. The dish was extremely oily—while some oil is needed, the excess was unnecessary. On top of that, the spice levels were just over the top, making it hard to enjoy. Instead of being flavorful, it was just overwhelming, and I was literally coughing while eating. Definitely not something I would order again.

Had a terrible experience at Potoba today. Found a tiny insect in my Misal Pav, and when I raised the issue, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. No response from the owner either. Won’t be recommending or returning. Disappointed with both hygiene and service. #NotGoingBack

Very bad food quality, especially modak and bhakri. 2 to 3 days old Modak are served and delivered. its quality is very cheap and highly charged for the same. Extremely pathetic and will not refer anybody.
