Really had a great time here i enjoyed a lot with my friends our server ‘Jitendra’ was so calm and patient🤌🏻. Would definitely recommend to others

Staff forced us to pay Service charges citing the reason that the booking of table is done via Zomato. Though it was mentioned on the bill that Service charge is optional. Could you please confirm that Service charges are mandatory when you book through Zomato

less batter could be used in preparation. otherwise food is quite tasty. Cocktail preparation could also be improved

Really good quality food, but the service was terrible, the waiter seemed clueless on whats in the menu and then went ahead to forget a few dishes and tried to say it had already been served.

Food menu has changed. The old menu was much better. The food now is pretty average. The music was so loud that the entire place was vibrating and it was not pleasant at all. Our request of lowering the volume was denied straightaway despite knowing none of the customers were enjoying such loud music. Service was delayed and staff were not attentive at all. Will never go again

Staff did not attend properly nor did they consider our request to lower the volume even a bit because entire place was vibrating so hard and it was so uncomfortable to have food that way. Food menu has changed and so many good items have been removed. It was my fav place buy I wont be going there anymore

The staff was definitely not attentive. They were outright ignoring us when we called for their attention. They really need to improve their attitude. Poult is my favorite spot, and we've been coming here every month, this time experience was really disappointing.
