Awesome place.. good ambience.. peaceful comfortable seating area cleanliness top notch and the variety and taste of food is also very good everything freshly prepared .

The food was good and the taste was satisfying. However, the pricing is very misleading. The menu on District shows the non-veg platter at ₹1100, but in the restaurant the same item is priced at ₹1350. In fact, almost every item had a 30–35% higher price compared to what was listed on the District menu. When I asked the manager about this price difference, he simply said he was not aware, which was quite disappointing. Because of this lack of transparency in pricing, I would not recommend this place, even though the food itself was decent

Average, literally. Don't get fooled by the ambience. Even the plates are black on which scratches are clearly visible and look like old plates. Not just that, the food looks tasty but is bland and not tasty. You can go there if you are starving but won't recommend it personally.

Absolutely pathetic experience. We went to Pranaam Restaurant to celebrate my brother’s birthday thinking it would be a good place like it used to be earlier. Sadly, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. The food quality has degraded drastically. Not a single dish we ordered tasted good — everything was disappointing, poorly cooked, and lacked basic flavour. It’s shocking that a restaurant charging these prices can serve such low-standard food. The quality, taste, and overall experience were extremely below expectations. It honestly felt like a complete waste of money and a ruined birthday dinner. If the management cannot maintain even basic food quality, they should seriously reconsider what they are serving to customers. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise people to think twice before visiting.

As a frequent patron of this establishment for the past 2-3 years, I've consistently enjoyed the high-quality food they've offered. However, over the last few months, I've observed a noticeable decline in food standards. Burnt naan and rotis, undercooked chicken, and reduced portion sizes are among the issues I've encountered, whether dining in or ordering takeout. Moreover, my favorite dishes seem to be prepared with cheaper ingredients now. Unfortunately, attempts to address these concerns with the staff and managers have been met with indifference. Despite voicing my complaints, the burnt rotis were still included in my bill, with the promise of rectification next time. As a loyal customer, I find this unacceptable. Nonetheless, I remain hopeful that the quality will improve, as this place once epitomized culinary excellence.

Staff is mannerless. I’ve been a regular to this place but last night visit was a shock to me. They were not accepting Zomato payment. And told me after I did the payment. All other restaurants in the vicinity accept Zomato gold for the total payment but these people were unnecessarily arguing with me asking me to make a separate payment for beer. Whereas in the past they used to accept it through Zomato like others. They literally argued with me in a very bad tone. I would never recommend this place to anyone as it feels like it’s run by goons.

Today it was bad!! It took approx 45 mins for the first order after many reminders. Now the noodles are here but the rest of the gravy is missing. They say too many online orders

too noisy , separate sitting arrangement should be made for huge family or get togethers. food average.didnt enjoy the dinner due to noise n crowd n music which was too much.

the food is undercook and very expensive and when you raise a complaint they offer you a pety compensation, I would not recommend this place
